You can exchange or return the damaged or defective product

Provided that the product is exchanged or returned

In its original condition and in its original packaging and has not been used, opened or changed the packaging features of the product, in addition to the availability of the original purchase invoice

You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days from the time of receiving the product

The exchange or return process may take up to 10 working days.

A refund will be given after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed
