How to use:
Direct use:
- Apply Vicks Vaporab to the chest, neck, and back.
- Adults and children over 12 years of age: Use 2 to 3 teaspoons.
- Children over 6 years: 1-2 teaspoons
Inhalation:
- (For those over 6 years old only): Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons in half a liter of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the resulting steam for 10-15 minutes.
