How to use:
For use on hair:
Before applying the oil, brush your hair to get rid of any knots or tangles.
Pour about a teaspoon of the oil onto your palms and rub your hands together to spread it well.
Work your fingertips well into your scalp.
After massaging the scalp, put some oil on your palms and apply it to the ends.
Leave the oil in your hair for at least 30 minutes. Wash your hair with shampoo well to remove all the oil from the hair, and rinse it.
For use on the skin:
Wash your face with any cleanser.
Put a teaspoon of coconut oil on the palm of your hand and massage it on your face.
Gently massage in circular motions.
Apply it to any other areas of skin where you feel dry.
